What data does it provide?

Hash - hash transaction

Timestamp - date and time when it was processed

From - wallet address

To - wallet address

ValueUSD - USD value at the date time of the transaction

PriceUSD - USD price of the coin at the date time of the transaction

Value - amount coins

Success - status of transaction

Should I be an owner of the address?

No, you can use any address wallet for getting list of transactions
